In this research have been found of isolated rhizobium in different locations in Abyan Governorate in Yemen. Which was resistant of salinity and antibiotics, in which the isolated rhizobi um found in Elkod and Giar Area were resistant to salinity up to 4o/o of concentration in compare of those found in Bateis _ Area which could not resist the concentration more than 1%, whereas the isolated rhizobium found in Giar & Bateis have shown their resistance to the antibiotics up to 50ugm/ml concentration and those found in Elkod have shown their resistance up to 75ugm/ml concentration .
